1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pininte ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pininte is a photo-sharing platform for events. It allows event organizers to create events, generate QR codes for guest photo uploads, and manage a shared photo album. Features include video messages, digital guestbooks, and downloadable photo archives.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Pininte. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using paid features. Your data will remain accessible for a grace period after the trial ends.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

Pininte offers the following paid plans:

• Pay per Event ($9.99): One-time payment for a single event, valid forever.
• Monthly ($19.99/month): Recurring subscription with unlimited events.
• Yearly ($149/year): Annual subscription with unlimited events.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at info@invowmarketing.com. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and content you upload to Pininte. By uploading content, you grant Pininte a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including photos of other people.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform.
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Pininte is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep Pininte available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pininte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
