• Event data: Event names, dates, types, and settings you create.
• Photos and videos: Media uploaded by you or your guests through QR code links.
• Guest data: Names and messages submitted through the guestbook feature.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device information for analytics.
• Payment data: Billing details processed securely by Paddle. We do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Pininte service.
• To send you account-related emails (e.g., event reminders, receipts).
• To process payments through our payment provider, Paddle.
• To improve our platform based on usage patterns.
• To respond to support requests.

4. Photo and Media Storage

Photos and videos uploaded to Pininte are stored securely using Supabase Storage. Guest-uploaded media is associated with the event it was uploaded to. Event organizers can download and delete their event media at any time from the dashboard.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Supabase: Database and file storage provider.
• Paddle: Payment processing provider.
• Brevo: Email delivery provider.
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure provider.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and data protection practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days. Event photos are retained until you delete them or your account is closed.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your photos and event data from the dashboard.
